REGISTRATION & ADMISSION
ADMISSION
≫ On the basis of clearing eligibility criteria (which are defined from time to time) and paying the admission fee a person is admitted to a particular course offered by PRECIOUS COMPUTER.
≫ Downgrade from a particular course in which admission taken is not possible at any cost.
≫ Study Material like Book, Bag, I-Card etc shall be collected by the candidates within 15 days from the date of admission.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
≫ Registration is valid only for a period of one month. In one month duration if the student is not taking admission than his/her registration will be cancelled and the amount deposited will be forfeited.
≫ However candidates unable to join for any specific reason need to get prior approval from the centre head.
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
≫ Any student who misbehaves, uses abusive language becomes arrogant or is found doing fraudulent activities etc., his/her admission will be immediately cancelled.
≫ A student who does not pays his/her fees up to 3 weeks from the due date his/her admission will get canceled.
≫ A student who continuously remains absent for 3 weeks without prior permission his/her admission will get canceled.
≫ PRECIOUS COMPUTER reserves the right to demand compensation on any of its assets deliberately damaged by a students.
READMISSION/RE-INSTATEMENT
≫ A student whose admission is being cancelled can take re-admission by paying Rs. 1000/- as re -instatement fee. However granting readmission to any student is at the sole discretion of the Centre head.
RE-JOIN CLASS
≫ A student who has completed his classes or has left the classes midway and wants to join the class again has to pay Re-joining fee of Rs. 650 will have to be paid.
I-CARD
≫ It is compulsory for all candidates to carry the I-card in the branch premises; Entry in the Branch/Class is not allowed without the I-card.
≫ Candidates will have to pay the charges for Duplicate I-card in case of Lost or Damaged I-cards as per the norms of the company.
FEE & TAX DETAILS
TOTAL FEE STRUCTURE
≫ Any candidate registering for the course in PRECIOUS COMPUTER has the option of paying the fees either fully or in installments. In case of full payments the total fees should be paid before the batch start date.
≫ All fees are payable by cash and locally drawn cheques and demand drafts. Postdated cheques, outstation cheques will not be accepted.
INSTALLMENT DATE
≫ 10th of every month is due date for paying the installments. For students taking admission from 1 to 15 of the monthly installments will start from the next month and for the students taking admission between 16 to last date of the month the installments will start after one month Fines Rs. 50/- per day fine will be charged on the installments deposited after 10th of the every month.
≫ Rs. 300/- will be charged extra if cheque for fee installment is bounced.
≫ Institute reserves the right not allowing the student in the premises of the center in case of failure of payment of dues/fees to the institute on due dates.
≫ Entry of the Candidate is banned in the Branch Premises having consumption of Liquor/Narcotics. If found in similar situation: His/Her Candidature will be cancelled.
TAXES
≫ It will be mandatory for all the students to pay due amount of service/other taxes (as applicable) apart from the amount of fees. In case of any default the admission is liable to be cancelled.
FEE REFUND POLICIES
≫ Fees once given will not be refunded nor adjustable and nor transferable and will not be adjusted to any other course.
≫ A part from caution money (if taken) deposit no other fee is refundable.
ATTENDANCE
≫ Every student is expected to maintain 100% attendance record to get full benefit of the course. However minimum 90% attendance should be maintained at any cost.
LAB ACCESS
≫ For extra practice session's students can get prior reservation done only on availability of machines. PRECIOUS COMPUTER does not take up any liability to provide extra practice sessions as compulsion.
≫ Assignments, live projects etc will be assigned to batches as determined by the faculty. The students are expected to complete these within specified time frame.
≫ Students are not allowed to bring their personal pendrive/CD ROMs into the lab.
≫ Students should not copy or take any Software with them.
≫ Misuse of Internet facility is not allowed, unnecessary chatting, Downloading of S/W, viewing illicit sites etc., is strictly prohibited.
LEAVES
≫ Any student going for leave must fill the given Leave Form & Submit it to their respective faculty.
≫ To take any leave written application will have to be given before 3 days.
Note: Students who take leave without proper information or leave application will be penalized with Rs. 10/- per class.
BATCH MERGER/TRANSFER
≫ Batch transfer are not encouraged however because of some genuine reason if the student wants batch transfer then he will have to furnish documentary evidence to support his claim.
≫ If the student is granted batch transfer for the first time no fee will be applicable however from 2 time onwards Rs. 500/- will be charged as batch transfer fee.
≫ Batch timings once allotted cannot be changed after the admission.
PLACEMENT SUPPORT
≫ Placement assistance is available for all the students after the completion of PRECIOUS COMPUTER course. These students should have Completed graduation.
≫ Registered for placement assistance at local PRECIOUS COMPUTER centre.
≫ Deposited all the installments.
≫ Cleared all the Module Test/Assignments/ Projects/ Exams etc held.
≫ Students must have at least 90% of attendance.
≫ Student who has not absented himself from any Placement/ Pre-placement activities/workshops etc.
≫ The validity period for placement assistance is 3 months from the date of completion of the course.
≫ It is being strictly mentioned that only placement assistance will be given to student, we are not providing any kind of Job Guarantee/Claim.
EXAMINATION
≫ Every student have to Complete his/her examination after course completion for E-Certificate.
≫ There will be the compulsion of completing the assignments, test and the examination as required by the institute from time to time failing which the institute reserves the rights to take any disciplinary action.
≫ Examination Fee & Project Submission Fee will be charged extra.
≫ Examination has scheduled by the Company in 4 Times in a Year.
≫ Examination Form will be filled by the student with his/her Login ID and Password.
PROJECT SUBMISSION
≫ After completion of your course, there is one Project to Submit to your Branch for e-Certification. No marks are assigned for course in your certificate.
≫ You create a Project from each module with 5 Pages and submit to your branch for e-Certification.
≫ You can submit your project after examination or before examination.
GENERAL INFORMATION
≫ Fees once given will not be refunded nor adjustable and nor transferable and will not be adjusted to any other course.
≫ Course extension will be consider only due to unavoidable reason.
≫ Fees being charged is subject to change without given any prior notice & will be binding by the student.
≫ The institute reserves the right to claim any damages or penalty from the students in case of any damage happen either its furniture, property, books, computers or any other material etc.
≫ Institute reserve the rights to expel student without giving any prior notice if found any guilty miscellaneous or undisciplined behavior.
≫ Strict discipline and punctuality shall be followed by the students.
≫ Institute reserve the right to take any action whatsoever in case of misconduct on his/her behavior or fraudulent.
≫ Special Classes shall be conducted at a venue decided by the company. It can be a 'Venue' other than the 'Branch'.
≫ Candidates can't demand/request for any Particular Faculty for his/her batch, Faculties will be allotted batches as per the schedule .
≫ Students will not be allowed to take any terms related to the timings, faculty etc. and the institute will be having full rights to take decision on every aspect of the academics.
≫ Faculties can be changed without giving any information to students due to any management, administration reason.
≫ The institute will do it's very best to deliver program in accordance with descriptions set out in the brochure, . However, the prospectus is planned and printed at the earliest possible date to provide maximum assistance to intending applicants. The institute therefore reserves the right to make variations to the content or method of delivery or assessment of program.
≫ Students are contractually obliged to pay tuition fees and all other fees on the dates they fall due from the moment that an offer of a place is accepted.
≫ If a student, or any third party who is supposed to pay tuition and other fees on a student's behalf, fails to pay by the due date specified by the center, the center reserves the right to charge interest and/opr late fees on define rates.
≫ If a Student needs to discontinue the Current Assigned Batch due to any considerable reason & wants to re-join in a Fresh Batch after sometime then He/She has to inform the concerned BM in advance in written and He /She has to produce that 'Prior Written Approval' by the BM at the time of re-joining.
≫ The Class Schedule may get changed at any time by the Company but no such Schedule will reduce the Total Class Duration for the candidates.
≫ Parking Facility is not provided by the company, So Company is not responsible for any type of mishap related to Parking.
≫ The center reserves the right to exclude from studies forthwith any student who willfully and persistently neglects his/her academic work to such an extent that there is no reason able possibility of him/her being regarded as having duly performed the work of the program or being able to proceed to the next stage or the program. The center also reserves the right to exclude from studies forthwith any student who does not attend classes to a satisfactory level. The attendance level must always be at a rate of least 85%.
≫ The center reserves the right to withdraw or amend its offer to any student where it is discovered that a false statement or significant omission of information has been made by the student/prospective student in their application.
≫ These terms and conditions shall be governed by any construed in all respects in accordance with the laws.
≫ The institute does not in any way guarantees the acceptance of its certificates/diploma by any government department or others and no suit can be filed against the institute for non acceptance of its certificate/diploma by any government department or other and no suit can be filled against the institute for non acceptance of its certificate/diploma by any government department or others.
≫ In case of any dispute the jurisdiction will be Delhi.
≫ I accept all sms and email from Precious Computer or if associated.
≫ Students need to attempt ‘Online Speed Test’ (OST) allotted by the Company. It may be liable to changed/replaced depending upon the requirement.
≫ No candidate will be allowed for late entry during Speed Tests or Classes .
≫ Candidate has to agree with all the above mentioned terms and conditions & also with the changes/ updations that the Company may introduce in near future according to the Syllabus of the Exam or as per the Requirement.
≫ It is mandatory for each & every Candidate to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the Company.
